II National Congress of Commercial Distribution and Competition Law.
Alfredo Briganty, managing partner of Qvadrigas Abogados, took part in the "II National Congress of Commercial Distribution and Competition Law" organized by King Juan Carlos University (Universidad Rey Juan Carlos) held on November 11, 12 and 13, 2009 at the said university. His speech mainly centred on the reforms affecting Commission Regulation (EC) 1400/2002 of 31 July, 2002, on certain categories of vertical agreements and agreed practices in the motor vehicle sector and, more specifically, on the possible elimination of article 3.
